I firmly believe that I am not an expert on your life; you are.
I know when I first started my own personal therapy, I was stuck in a rut so big, it was hard to believe I knew which way was up.
Yet through the process of therapy, I discovered my autonomy and independence; I found the well of resourcefulness and strength that lay buried under years of emotional suppression and self-doubt.
I believe we all have this well inside us, it's just sometimes we need a helping hand to find it.
I hope that I can be that help for you.
Having experienced how powerful the therapeutic journey can be, I was spurred on to become a therapist myself. I can offer you a warm, non-judgemental space, where I hope you can feel free to explore whatever is bringing you to counselling. I will provide you with an equal, non-directive relationship; I trust that you know the best way forward for you, and would love to support you whilst you discover and learn how to trust your own innate internal capacity to overcome life's problems.
My wish for you is that when it feels right to end our sessions, you will have found your well, and will feel ready and able to cope with any current and future issues that may arise.
