Video Chat/ Telephone Sessions
Video and telephone sessions last 50 minutes.
Video sessions are held via a confidential, online therapy room.
For telephone sessions, I will contact you at the agreed time on the phone number you supply.
Both can be done from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.
Finding a quiet, confidential space, free from distractions is recommended.
Sessions are £65.
If you are unemployed/ on a low income/ a student, I offer a concessionary rate of £40 per session.
I believe it is important to find the right therapist for you; someone who you feel you can be completely open and honest with, and someone who you believe can offer you the support you deserve. I offer an initial free phone consultation, so we can have a chat and you can decide whether or not I'm the right fit for you.
